Complete Interview Package Process
First, we do a short introduction interview. During this time we will review the questions I will be asking during our next session. We will also discuss any key stories or topics you want to be sure to capture, this will also be the time to let me know of anything to stay away from.
Second, we will complete our main interview. This will be the time we go through the bulk of the questions. The amount of time will vary but plan on an hour and a half to two hours.
Third, our follow up interview. This will be a shorter interview and the opportunity to record any stories that didn’t make it in the first time. This session will also include a portrait of the storyteller. Plan on an hour to an hour and a half.
Fourth, the magic happens. The audio edit and portrait are assembled. Your oral history will be delivered via online file download and on a flash drive with all rights handed over to you.
Plan on about a month from start to finish.
Kids Mini Interview Process
Your kiddo and I will chat about their life. I will ask them lots of questions about them and prompt for stories and songs. Kids can be shy, fickle and candid and that is half the fun! Plan on about 30 minutes for the interview. At that time I will also take a portrait of your child to complete the package and have a visual reminder of the little voice we are recording.
After the interview, the audio edit and portrait are assembled. Your child’s interview will be delivered via online file download and on a flash drive with all rights handed over to you.
Plan on about two weeks from start to finish.
Wedding Couples Interview Process
